I build the operating systems a business runs on: the workflows, the team, and how AI changes each. I've done it in hypergrowth transit at Via, systematic management at Bridgewater Associates, and new ventures at Walmart. Today at Duolingo, I co-lead test security for our global digital exam and am standing up Revenue Operations for our Ads business.
I care most about how AI makes real operations better for people who aren't engineers, product managers, or designers. I build internal tools with Claude Code and Codex, run AI agents daily, and teach the company course that helps operators do the same.
I co-lead Test Security for the Duolingo English Test, a fully digital, computer-adaptive exam trusted by 6,500+ institutions worldwide. Because students take it online from anywhere, security is the bedrock of the business: a score is only worth what the security behind it can prove. My engineering counterpart owns the detection systems. I lead the operational side, using AI to redesign proctoring, strengthen anti-fraud controls, and move from contractor-heavy manual video review to AI-first operations at steady quality.
Beyond security, I get tapped for business lines that need to get past proof of concept without hiring a big team first. I'm standing up Revenue Operations from scratch for Duolingo's Ads business, whose revenue funds Duolingo's mission of free education, and I lead five operator-builders embedded across marketing and commercial growth. Because I use AI myself, I can dive in, remove the friction, prove what drives growth, and hand off a system that runs without me.
